Start a discovery conversation
Most engagements with Lemraj start with a 30-minute discovery conversation. We use it to understand the problem in the room, the constraints around it, and whether Lemraj is the right firm to take it forward — or whether the right answer is a recommendation to someone else.
We typically reply within two business days.
What we engage on
Lemraj engages on legacy modernization, complex integration, Microsoft Azure platform engineering, and architecture advisory, in Dutch and European enterprise environments. Engagements typically start from €25,000 and most run between three and six months.
We are happy to talk about a problem before you have a budget figure in mind. We are also happy to recommend other firms when the work is a better fit for someone else.

What happens after you send your email
We reply by email, typically within two business days, either to schedule a 30-minute discovery conversation or to acknowledge that the enquiry is outside what we engage on and recommend a better fit.
The discovery conversation itself is a 30-minute video call. We use it to understand the problem and the constraints around it. There is no pitch and no follow-up sales call. If the work looks like a fit, we propose a paid discovery engagement (typically two to four weeks) as the first paid step.
If the work is not a fit, we say so in writing and, where we can, recommend a firm or individual that is a better match. There is no obligation in either direction at this point.
